Day 21 of posting my workouts here: (Check out 1194 for the first post) (Currently) Total Sets: 4 1 Set contains: 31 Push Ups -> 78 Squads -> 206 Wrist Curls Total today Push Ups: 124 Squads: 312 Wrist Curls: 824 Total since posting here: 2404+124=2528 6012+312=6324 15624+824=16448 Notes: - My form is likely off and thus I probably am able to do more reps than I should be able to - I use 2 3kg (~6.6 pounds) dumbbells for my exercise. I sadly don't have any heavier ones. - I increase amounts per set by 1 for Squats & 2 for Wrist Curls on a daily and by 1 for Push-Ups on a bi-daily basis. Commentary: - Wrist Curls were pretty good again today - Squats were a bit worse, but still acceptable - Push Ups were sad, especially during the first set, were I didn't really get 31, but I was able to get the starting and end positions for the last rep atleast. I really hope I'll do better tomorrow, especially since I'll add yet another Push Up. - Maybe I should rest for a day in the future, but I'll keep trying my very best!
